Up2Date prefetch failed - starting 4:30 yesterday

We have been receiving a lot of Emails from our UTM 220 pair saying "Up2Date prefetch failed" and "Up2Date prefetch is working again". The last one we have received was at 8:30 AM this morning that it failed. Do we know if there is a problem with the Up2Date servers that would be causing us to get these errors or is it a problem with our provider?

  • Nevermind I think I figured this out. We were getting a lot of spam from Ireland so I used country blocking to block all SMTP connections to/from Ireland; however it turns out the Sophos up2date servers are in Ireland so...

    I guess we can't have it both ways.
