Push Notification Blocked by SMTP

Hi,
i try to get the overall report which was configured under "Reports and Protocols". The "Mail Manager" seems to point to a rejected "SMTP protocol".

2017-06-25 03:39:30 <Mailadresse> P=<do-not-reply@fw-notify.net> R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp: SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: host mx00.emig.kundenserver.de [212.227.15.40]: 554-kundenserver.de (mxeue009) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available\n554-No SMTP service\n554-IP address is black listed.\n554 For explanation visit https://help.1and1.com/smtp-error-messages?ip=178.0.142.18&c=bl

What are the options?

  • I have contacted the support.
He would like to know the "IP address of the shipping server".

Where can I recognize this in the UTM?
I use only the configured sender under notifications.

  • Fw-notify.net is a nonexistent hostname used for UTM web filtering intercept messages.   You need to configure your UTM to log onto the remote mail server on port 465 or 587 with username and password.   Without credentials, using a bogus domain name and a dynamic IP, of course you look like a spammer.

  • I had to open WebAdmin to remember where ithe email server is configured.

Under Management... Notifications... Advanced you configure the server and credentials.

Then under Management... Notifications... General, you configure the sender and the recipient(s).

You want the Sender address to match the email address associated with the authenticated user (often they are the same).
