All Dnat stopped working

Hi Everyone,

 

After updating to the newest firmware (9.411-3) all of my dnat rules seemed to have stopped working. I tried turning off the ips, and looking at the firewall logs, but I don't even see the connection attempt being made. I also tried restoring to a previous configuration. Any insights on this, or advice on how to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated.

    are you sure the packets reach the WAN port of the UTM? You have activated loggig of initial packets, so they then must be in the firewall log (as denied or accepted).

    Also click on the Edit button of the automatic firewall rules. There you also can activate logging to find the issue.
