D-Link cloud for cameras

Hello,

im little bit confused about working D-Link Cloud for IP cameras.

Two cameras (D-link DCS-932L) connected to the internal network, they are connected to D-Link cloud, from mobile app im able to view image from cameras, working fine, but when i access cloud on the web via PC then cameras are connected, but no image can be loaded and firewall comes with Default drop UDP even if Any-Any-Any is enabled in firewall rules.

Default drop comes only when cloud wants to connect to cameras...Why it is dropping?

Thank you, Vítek

  • Vitek,

Alone among the logs, the Firewall Live Log presents abbreviated information in a format easier to read quickly.  Usually, you can't troubleshoot without looking at the corresponding line from the full Firewall log file.  Please post one line corresponding to those above.
