Sent traffic from inside to public IP and NAT again inside

Hi everyone,
I have a problem how to configure NAT or firewall roles to apply to my scenario.
I have internal chat server with ex. IP: x.x.x.x:20001 and its working fine.
Also, I have made configuration for NAT role, for all outside users. IP address is pointing to public interface and with classic NAT role I’m forwarding the traffic inside.
The problem accrues, when some of the outside users, comes with the laptop to inside network and receives internal IP, but the configuration for Chat application remain the same as for the outside user.
What kind of configuration I need to create, to avoid this kind of problems.
I want Chat application from all computers and mobile devices to be pointed to public IP address, regardless if they are on LAN or WAN network.
