Some users can't access any Google Services

Question

Hi everybody... 
 I have problems with the UTM9 Model: ASG525 (Firmware version: 9.409-9) in my organization. 
 
 We manage about 2000 internet users but... since last couple of weeks, some user can't access any Google services and other can! 
 I made a recovery from previous backups and nothing, no changes were made, just start to fail and nothing more. 
 
 What can be happening? What should I look in to?

Hi, Carlos, and welcome to the UTM Community! 
 You've posted your question in the Network Protection forum. If you have enabled Web Protection, we should move this thread to the Web Protection forum - is that the case? 
 To eliminate the possibility that you do indeed have an issue with Network Protection settings, try #1 in Rulz . 
 If this is related to Web Protection, please post a line from the Web Filtering log file related to an access where a user was unable to reach a URL that others can reach.
