UTM 9 - Model: ASG320 Maximum 5 Remote Access Connections at a time

Hi Everyone

Our UTM 9 - Model: ASG320 only allow 5 Remote Access Connections VPN / PPTP at a time

When the 6th user tries to connect, nothing happens, the connection tries to connect till it times out

It does not return a error

When one user disconnects and there is only 4 connections, the next connection connects instantly without a problem, but then the limit is reached

Can someone please maybe assist me in this regard ?

    Francois, Is this when five people are using PPTP and then a sixth person also tries to connect via PPTP?  Are you using the default "VPN Pool (PPTP)" or have you replaced/modified the subnet used by the PPTP service?
