Web Filtering not working on RED network on Split mode

Question

Hello, 
 We have a RED network running on split mode with Web Filtering turned on on the UTM. The RED network is defined in the Allowed Networks in the Global tab. 
 However, the filtering doesn't seems to be working. It did not ask the users for their username/passwords and not blocking any websites as per the defined policy. What could be wrong? 
 Something to do with Masquerading rule?

In split mode traffic destined for internet will not travel back to the UTM and thus will not reach the webfilter. In stead it will go out directly at RED-location.
You can either also include Internet IPv4 in the RED tunnel (but that would defeat your split tunneling) or not use split-tunneling at all if using webfiltering is important.
