Been dealing with this issue for a few weeks. I have a server behind a sophos trying to connect to a server externally. I just fresh installed Sophos UTM 9.4 and the issue persists. No protections are turned on at this time and the only firewall rule is to allow Internal source (any) over any port to external source any. internal server is Windows, Windows firewall and defender are turned off. server is attempting to connect to Steam using the steamcmd cli utility. Utility works as expected when I remove the sophos and connect direct to modem or if I use my Asus router. As soon as I re-introduce the sophos the timeouts come back.
