Hi folks. UTM n00b here, so pardon my learning curve.
I just transitioned off of a Juniper 5 SSG firewall to UTM 9. My wife works from home and her employer gave us an Inter-tel 8622 IP phone. It worked fine behind my Juniper SSG, but it won't connect to their SIP server.
I've got the following configuration setup in my UTM:
Masq NAT "Any -> Outside" using the primary IP address
VOIP settings:
"SIP Server Networks" is a host object with the public IP address of the phone system at the employer
"SIP Client Network" contains a static DHCP object for the IP address of the Inter-tel Phone
"Expectation mode" is set to Any
Not being 100% sure that this phone isn't H.323 I also configured an H.323 GGatekeeper using the same host object as the SIP config (public IP of the phone system) and I set the H.323 client as the static DHCP object for the phone.
I also tried making a firewall rule allowing the IP of the phone to the public IP of the phone system.
Any thoughts?
