Sophos UTM - xBox 360 internet connection suddenly failing after updates.

I applied the last 3 updates a few days ago which is when this all started...

1) xBox will connect to my network, but fails after that when trying to connect to the internet

2) I can bypass the UTM either directly into my ISP's cable modem or tethered to a cell phone - both allow the xBox to connect to the internet.

3) xBox has a static IP.

4) None of the logs (as far as I can see) have any entries for the xBox regarding failures.  I added a rule to allow it out to any on port 88 & 3074 which DOES appear in the logs (because I told it to log) but only the initial outgoing traffic.

5) Yes, IPS and Web Filter are enabled.  I've tried adding exceptions and I've even turned them both off without any improvement.

6) I restored a backup prior to the updates with no change

7) I reset the UTM to default and reconfigured from scratch with no change

My config is not overly complex and has worked without any major issues for a long time now.  I've been trying for 2 days to figure out the cause and have implemented almost every suggestion I found online without any change (assuming that I didn't make any mistakes along the way).

At this point I'm stumped and really hoping someone could offer a suggestion on how to trace the problem that seems to be a black hole.
