Problems with Fastviewer and UTM 110 (+ logfile question)

Hi,

there seems to be a problem with fastviewer (similar tool to Teamviewer):
Fastviewer itself is running fine when being started manually (i can connect through the UTM from outside the network to a local machine when running the fastviewer test version).
But as soon as fastviewer is started from within another software (banking application) it tries to update itself. The update process then seems to get stopped by the UTM.

I copied the logfile (Web Filtering) to my local machine but am quite unable to get the logfile in a .. well readable format.

Questions:

1. Is there any (free) UTM log file viewer for Windows?

2. Is anyone using fastviewer and has some details (whether my assumption re. problems with the fastviewer update servers may be right)?
