Battle.Net authentication does not work.

Hi,

I am trying to get the authentication to battle.net to work but can_t seem to be able to. I have tried with the following options
- turned off web filtering
- bypassed the firewall for the client by adding a any/any rule

- the login/game immediately starts working after connecting the client directly to internet.

- when behind the firewall and looking through wireshark, I see TCP resets (RST) from the server (12.130.244.193) and the client reporting "TCP suprious retransmission".

Not sure what else I can do to fix this.

Please help.

Regards

  • Hey,

have you under Web protection--filtering option.

    New exception list för battle.net:

    ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?battle\.net/ ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?blizzard.com\.edgesuite\.net/ ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?blizzard\.vo\.llnwd\.net/ ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?blizzard\.com/ ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?worldofwarcraft\.com\.edgesuite\.net/

use these links, my battle.net working after that use UTM 9.403-4

  • I had tried with web protection completely off but even then the authentication failed. I will give your suggestion a try nevertheless. Thanks!
