VOIP and PS4 not working behind Sophos UTM 9

Until last week my Sophos UTM was working fine. The hard drive crashed. I replaced it and reinstalled the software. I didn't have a good back, though. I tried version 9.2, 9.3 and 9.4. The PCs work just fine, but the VOIP (ooma) wont connect and the PS4 fails the NAT test. I tried ever NAT rule configuration I could think of but it doesn't fix the problem. Any ideas? Maybe I am missing something or I just don't understand the NAT rules.

  • Without pictures of the related rules and lines from the relevant logs, it's hard to guess.

    One thought - you can restore a 9.355 backup to a unit running 9.403, but not vice versa.
