Block most of China

Question

We've been using country blocking to block all traffic from China. Now we need to allow traffic from one email server in China to come through. 
 
 Is there an easy solution to block traffic from China other than this single server?

 You can use a country block exception, it's one of the sub tabs in the country blocking section. You can specify the host exception by IP or Service.
