How do you disable NAT on UTM 9?

I have research sops support posts and the net, but there does not seem to be clear instruction to disable NAT with UTM 9.

I have servers with public IP's behind the UTM as their gateway and the network traffic looks to be impaired by NAT running on the router.

I do not have any NAT rules in place.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Patrick

  • Hi Patrick,

You can check for any NAT rules by navigating through Network Services > NAT. Turning these rules off will technically disable NAT.

    Thanks

  • Hi, Patrick, and welcome to the UTM Community!

We can't even guess at your issue.  Do you have Web Filtering activated and are you trying to access the servers from client browsers on the other side of the UTM from the servers?  Is the UTM configured to bridge or to route traffic?  What do you see that indicates the UTM is using NAT?
