Working configuration for 3CX PBX - Static port mapping

Hello,

Does anyone ever tryed to configure an UTM for 3CX PBX ?

I'm unable to pass the Firewall Check, probably because of the NAT rules.

In other word : how can I ensure that all SIP communication (port 5060 TCP/UDP for example) will keep port 5060 on both source and destination ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

  • What hints do you get from #1 in Rulz?

  • Hi BAlfson,

From rule #1, I obtained (from FW log) : outgoing packet OK.  But nothing else...

From the 3CX logs, I could see the answser arrived, but with a port translation (port 5060 has been translated to xxxxx).

How can I avoid this translation (knowing that both source and destination UP are known, and port must stay 5060 from start to end) ?

  • Bernard, please show one or two relevant lines from the Firewall and 3CX logs.  Alone among the logs, the Firewall Live Log presents abbreviated information in a format easier to read quickly.  Usually, you can't troubleshoot without looking at the corresponding line from the full Firewall log file.

    Cheers - Bob
