Issues with setting QoS for limiting Symantec AV updates

Hello,

I am trying to limit the bandwidth used for our AV update server to 10Mbits as every 4 hrs it maxes out the external link.

I have created a traffic selector with the source as the AV server and traffic as HTTP, a Bandwdth Pool allocating 5Mbit to 10Mbit and a Download Throttle is applied (limited to 10Mbit).

However traffic doesn't seem to be limited.

I have attached screenshots of the configurations.

You don't need Bandwidth pool, just Download Throttling rule.

For limiting download you have to reverse source and destination objects in SEP2 traffic selector to be:
InternetIPv4 -> HTTP -> OPS-SEP2
