BitTorrent Speed and Default DROP

Question

HI, 
 I have set NAT an FW to allow bittorrent use port 35951 (TCP/UDP) 
 all looks ok but at live FW log i see lot of DROPs at this port

I add this service to exception skip filtering what help little bit but still I am able to five just 20% speed compare with old DD-WRT router 
 Thanks for help or advice. 
 Second question is not big important but also i would like ask i am connected 160/12 mbps with disabled web filtering i am achieve that speed 100% by speediest.net 
 with enabled is 155/10 
 My HW is E3-1225 + 8GB RAM + 60 GB SSD and 6x LAN is that speed lowering OK ?

 PS Alone among the logs, the Firewall Live Log presents abbreviated information in a format easier to read quickly. Usually, you can't troubleshoot without looking at the corresponding line from the full Firewall log file. In the future, the line from the file is the one to post. Also, we have an unwritten rule here "One topic per thread" - that makes it easier for future seekers to find answers instead of having to ask again.
