SNAT with Dual ISPs

We are running an SG210 with 9.401-11 on it. We have 2 ISPs DSL & Cable both of them have 5 static IPs. For the sake of explaining, these IPs are DSL0 through DSL4 and Cable0 through Cable4. We have a PTR record on DSL2 and Cable2 for our email domain. In order to route email traffic from the correct IP we have a SNAT rule for SMTP traffic from our Exchange server going anywhere to change the source to the DSL2 IP. What we are trying to do is have a failover for outgoing email. So if the DSL connection was down outgoing email would be routed out the Cable ISP and from the Cable2 IP. I've clicked around looking at Multipath rules, options for NAT rules, and nothing seems to fit the bill for what I'm trying to do.

Any help would be appreciated!!
