DNAT to Mitel

Question

I am trying to allow port 44000 and SSH through the UTM to our Mitel 5000 system and it just doesnt seem to work. I can't see how I can do this wrong and I cannot see anything in the firewall logs at all. It's like the rule doesnt exist. Recreated it several times on different external IP addresses. Any ideas? Thanks all. 
 Hugley frustrating but it turns out that despite my repeated pleas to our Mitel Contractor they had not set the gateway up correctly on the Mitel box. There are two places where it needs to be set and they had only set it in one place - despite me actually pointing at the damn thing in front of one of there engineers who swore it was "no longer used".
