I can access the User Portal from external networks using hostname but I cannot access the Web Admin portal?

I have my UTM 9 setup using ddns and I can successfully login to the User Portal and use the HTML 5 vpn to connect to an internal client desktop I have configured.  I followed the guides for configuring Web Admin access and everything appears to be setup correctly, however I cannot access it externally?  Shoudln't I be able to go to https://myexampledomain.com:4444 and access the Web Admin portal?

    You only can access WebAdmin from the Hosts/Networks in 'Allowed networks'.
