HoneyWell Tuxedo Security system

Hi Folks.. hope someone has experience with this.
I have tried everything and pulling out my hair.
basically my smart home will lock and unlock door, lights on and off.
but for the life of me can not unarm or arm system any more..
just recently purchased the SG135

I have created a rule - 
any
https
to the ip of the system

also 
any
http
to the ip of the system. 

which worked with the old router..
not with the UTM 9.x 

any ideas would be appreciated. thank you.

    Problem is this - when web Protection is on my 443 dnat rules Will not work
    But I have access to the internal ip no problem when accessing the system also if I port
    80 to the server outside via web no problem but when I use the Honeywell app which 
    Requires port 443 it won't work
