HoneyWell Tuxedo Security system

Hi Folks.. hope someone has experience with this.
I have tried everything and pulling out my hair.
basically my smart home will lock and unlock door, lights on and off.
but for the life of me can not unarm or arm system any more..
just recently purchased the SG135

I have created a rule -
any
https
to the ip of the system

also
any
http
to the ip of the system.

which worked with the old router..
not with the UTM 9.x

any ideas would be appreciated. thank you.

I think a found the error in web log

but I can not make sense of.. if any could point me in the write direction appreciated.

Post a screenshot from your actual DNAT rule please.

Can you access the HoneyWell website internal? On which port?
