Torrent download on Deluge (NAS) slower than Utorrent on PC?

I am using Deluge on unraid has.  The same torrent file I have it downloaded on local computer, using utorrent.  Initially, the NAS started downloading for 10 minutes or so.  Seeing it go so slow, I decided to have the same torrent file downloaded by local pc, to check if I'm doing anything wrong.  The desktop torrent downloaded much higher speed than the one on deluge, and overtook it. 

Can someone please help check my sophos utm configuration attached here?

    In the future, it might be in your own best interest to post screen shots of downloads without copyright material in it. ie. use officially released ubuntu torrents.

    That being said, you are downloading from a swarm of individuals computers all running different versions of programs using the torrent protocol.  When you consider that utorrent and it's twin sister bitTorrent (basically same program, since bitTorrent bought utorrent) where subject to peer flooding this summer. Also, Deluge and utorrent are designed completely different on the backend, even though they both run the bitTorrent protocol. I am also guessing your utorrent machine is not running unraid either, meaning it handles networking completely different.

    Heck, the problem you are experiencing could just be the ipv6 sabotage of your machine.  Personally, when I download anything using torrents, I use an XP vm inside Vmware Workstation. No ipv6 and XP is a faster VM than Windows 7. [:)]

    idk if you can, but you might want to try turning off ipv6 on your unraid machine altogether and see what happens.

    If that does not help, you need to make some sort of control and start working backwards.  Currently, you have way too many variables with what you are asking and not enough controls to troubleshoot. In my honest opinion.
