I am running Sophos UTM 9.315 as a Home User. I am having issues with with VOIP. When I make a call, the person on the other end can hear me for about 30-60 seconds and then they cannot hear me well after that. I can hear them perfectly but they cannot hear me. I don't know if this makes a difference, but I am using a corporate VPN to my job, then using the the VOIP solution from my company...
Here is what I tried..(All solutions I tried, connected to corporate VPN then tried VOIP
1. I tried going through Sophos UTM 9.315 this does not work.
2. I tried connecting directly to a Hotspot not using Sophos and it works fine.
3. I tried bypassing the Sophos UTM and it works fine.
Are there some configurations that I need to make?
