Country Blocking

Hello
I blocked almost every country. What if I want to have an exception.
When I access a website which country is blocked Sophos gives the option
to unblock this url. Then user and password is asked. How do I configure this
exception so that I can inser the user and the password and unblock the url.

    It worked what is the difference between Firefox and IE in that case.
    Settings and Firewall are much restrictiver on IE than on Firefox. I followed the network traffic.
