Country Blocking

Hello
I blocked almost every country. What if I want to have an exception.
When I access a website which country is blocked Sophos gives the option
to unblock this url. Then user and password is asked. How do I configure this
exception so that I can inser the user and the password and unblock the url.

    Hi Bob
    Whenever I block a country but there is an URL that is in that country the Firewall does not let it through appearing the message "Country blocked". Now I managed to overrule this by configuring a user in WebProtection -> Filtering Option -> Bypass User. When I press then unblock user I get asked for User and Password. After typing in the requested credentials I get an error. I have attached both dialogs.
