VPN issue, need help

I have a guest network which works fine all the time. Recently the I have some visitors who have their own VPN sotftware (Tsystems-NA) and never worked. 

Long story short:

 Many other company's VPN software works. Even the Deutsche Telekom users who have the same vpn software (different version) from Tsystems

I have ASG220 with 9.315-2, the rules

1 I used Masq before Network --Masq--WAN, also tried network-SNAT--Wan. 
2 Firewall rules: network--any--internet, also I tried network--any--wan 
3 No content filter on this network.

Don't know why. Should I put another firewall rule like Any--any--network?

    I didn't check the intrusion.
    No application control enabled.
    Checked the firewall log, the computer is keeping looking for the DNS server. Unfortunately , some how, the computer can't access anywhere. "General failure" when I tried to ping gateways.  Looks like the tunnel stops at somewhere. 
    Didn't check the threaten.

    Will check for this if the visitors in the office. 

    Do I need to enable wan---any---network?

    Until you know exactly what is in each log, you must check all of the ones listed in #1.
