Hi,
our problem is, to download Windows 10 updates for a Win10 client. The firewall protokoll gives the following information:
=====================
07:46:17 Standard-VERWERFEN TCP
10.85.9.76 : 49454
→
131.253.61.68 : 443
[SYN] len=52 ttl=126 tos=0x00 srcmac=a0:b3:cc:a4:98:80 dstmac=00:50:56:98:7d:34
07:46:17 Standard-VERWERFEN TCP
10.85.9.76 : 49453
→
23.65.213.99 : 80
[SYN] len=52 ttl=126 tos=0x00 srcmac=a0:b3:cc:a4:98:80 dstmac=00:50:56:98:7d:34
===================
I made a rule which contains the following settings:
Windows 10 Client - internal (IP adress x.x.x.x) allows Any (services) to Any (targets).
Then it works! Normally we also have Win7 and WinXP Clients which receive updates without such a rule.
My question is: What is a useful rule for the firewall to solve such problems with Win10 Clients?
Thanks for a short answer...
Frank
