Internal to internal RDP firewall rules

Hi guys,

I am new to this forum but i need help. 

I am busy installing a UTM 9 Sophos appliance on my network to phase out my current pfSense firewall. I have gotten the web filtering to work and proxy on the network.

I now need to start creating firewall rules for various services needed with the LAN/WAN and DMZ.

Now my issue is that i am struggling to RDP to my servers. Servers are on 10.1.0.0/18 subnet, and i am located in a different building on the same premises but different subnet. 10.169.11.0/24.

I can get to the UTM fine, the UTM is on the same subnet as the servers. Both subnets are created on my cisco catalysts as LAN subnets.

What am i doing doing??? I have created various firewall rules to get the servers but nogo. I changed my test server's gateway to the UTM firewall, but nothing

Please help?

    Hi, db, and welcome to the User BB!

    Right now, we can't tell if it's a routing or firewall issue.  Do you see any evidence of dropped packets in the Firewall log?

    Then again, if you're determining that you can't connect because you can't ping, what settings do you have on the 'ICMP' tab of 'Firewall'?
