QoS to limit bandwidth for Guest Wifi

Admittedly, I am not very familiar with terminology for QoS on the UTM… Usually I am able to find succinct answers in the forums or docs, but I can’t find a solution.

Here’s my scenario:

WAN- 100 down 20 up
LAN -2 Internal subnets (VLAN1 Work/restricted net for business 192.168.***.*** VLAN10 Guest Wifi  172.16.***.***)

When traffic is heavy on the Guest net it obviously slows the work net down, which isn’t acceptable. 

What is the simplest way to remedy this? 

How can I limit the total incoming/outgoing guest (VLAN10)traffic to say, 10 down and 2 up?

    I've accomplished this for my guest network by setting the uplink and downlink speeds to the limits that I want, on Status page of the QoS. And checking the 3 checkboxes at the bottom: Limit uplink; Download equalizer; Upload optimizer.

    During speed tests this seems to work, and I get very close to the values I set for up/downlink.

    Just remember that the up/downlink are reversed. I.e.: if you want to limit the user to be able to download at no faster than 20Mbps, then you need to set that value into "uplink" of the guest interface.

    Throttle / bandwidth limit etc certain services such as YouTube, you can see in the live logs what people are using that is high traffic.
