Dropcam

Our client uses 2 Dropcam cameras (now owned by Nest). The stream only shows a still image, and is unable to do a normal stream. We've opened the required ports. 443, 1935. And still all we get is a still image. I don't see anything being blocked in teh Firewall log, IPS, or ATP..

do you use webfilter module? Maybe you Need to create an exclusion for the specific ips/addresses for not filtering the stream via Proxy

We did try turning off the web filter module and it still didn't work. Suprisingly we added it as an exception EVERYWHERE. Firewall, web filtering, IPS, and everywhere else possible. It still is having an issue.
