Redirect DNS calls?

Greetings,

I have a number of Google chromecast devices on my network. They are hard coded to use Google's DNS servers  so they will not  use  the DNS forwarders allocated by the DHCP server. With my previous router I used a masquerading rule to redirect all DNS calls from the chromecast devices to the DNS server I really want them to use.

E.g. when the chromecast issues a DNS call to 8.8.8.8 I want that call intercepted and re routed to "x.x.x.x". How do I achieve this in Sophos UTM?

    Better yet:

    Chromecast device -> DNS -> Internet IPv4
    Change destination to alternate DNS server.

    Google uses 8.8.4.4 as well as 8.8.8.8 as well as IPv6 DNS servers and maybe even more.
