Multicast and Firewall

My apologies for my lack of knowledge here but hoping that someone can shed some light.

We have a client that is using Sophos and our software that relies on Multicast to screen grab and stream out on an address and port the same way that VLC Player does.

They are receiving this error: 5:26:47 PM xest teacher.exe IN REFUSED UDP 137.154.45.191 1000 Block All Activity

Questions:

1. Do they need to set anything up in particular on their system to allow for Multicast UDP as in can they allow for Address and Port?

2. Are there multiple Sophos products that i would need to find out exactly which one they using to find out why it's blocking UDP Multicast traffic?

Once again sorry for my lack of knowledge here and appreciate any guidance.

thank you both very much for the reply. this gives me some more information and some questions to ask. They are away until next week but i will first find out exactly which product they have.
