Trying to play League of Legends, Garena, won't play

Hi, I tried to setup this game for my kid.  When Web filtering is enabled, even when games are allowed, it won't run.  According to website, the following are ports to open:

LIST OF PORTS TO FORWARD
5000 - 5500 UDP (League of Legends Game Client)
8393 - 8400 TCP (Patcher and Maestro)
2099 TCP (PVP.Net)
5223 TCP (PVP.Net)
5222 TCP (PVP.Net)
80 TCP (HTTP Connections)
443 TCP (HTTPS Connections)
8088 UDP and TCP (Spectator Mode)

But even with these open, I still experience the same problem, not able to connect.  I therefore have to open ports 20,000 to 65535, TCP and UDP.   Isn't this tantamount to almost no protection?  Attached is a portion of my logs.

    I resolved mine by adding this to URL bypass in the exception list in filtering options.

    ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?riotgames\.com/
