Outlook send test passed, receive test failed!

I'm using UTM 9.308-16 and testing with this configuration:

POP/SMTP Server : Remote server (mail.*****.com)

DNS: 
-------
* Allowed : Internal
* Forwarders : Google DNS
* Request Routing : ad.*****.com --> AD Server

Network Protection:
----------------------
* Firewall : Any --- Any ----> Any
* No NAT, No Masquerading 

Web Protection:
-------------------
* Web Filtering : No authentication, Allow ALL

Email Protection:
------------------
* SMTP: Disabled
* POP3: Disabled

Outlook Send/Receive tests passed when connect directly through my Internet modem.
Send test passed, Receive test failed when using the firewall with the above configuration.

What's wrong with my configuration?

    When you say "Receive test failed," what message did Outlook give?  Does #1 in Rulz provide any hint?

    PS Since Email Protection is disabled, shouldn't I move this thread to the Network Protection forum?

    Receiving reports: Error*(0x80042108)*: Outlook cannot connect to your incoming POP3 server...
    I can't send neither receive emails but the send test passed!

    My configuration is:

    [LAN (192.168.10.0/24)] --- [192.168.10.1 UTM 192.168.1.254] --- [Modem (192.168.1.1)] --- [Internet]

    Yes, you can move it to Network Protection Forum
