Can't access any service from outside

Hi all,

The problem I am having is to enable any service to outside.. I even can't set sslvpn so I think the configuration is wrong somewhere.

I have ftp server behind UTM9 so I created firewall rule to allow any->ftp>internal server

DNAT rule is what I think is wrong. I set it to:
Any->ftp>external WAN address (it looks like it is 192.168.0.7 and I think this is wrong)>internal server

in the log I see drop packet

I think that the External WAN address is not correct.

IPv4 default GW.

this was added by installation wizard. Is this correct? I thought that External WAN address is an external IP..

    To the outside or from the outside?  Two different things.

    I think that the External WAN address is not correct
    Is there a router in front of the UTM....What does the cable from the UTM WAN port plug into?  If it is another router, you'll need to either port forward the traffic from that device to the UTM or put that device into bridged mode.
