Need Help Blocking Services to Workstation

Hi,

Running an ASG320 UTM v9.305-4.

I'm hoping someone can help me understand why this is. I have one workstation that I want blocked from doing anything except a couple specific services. However, people need to remote to it. I set the rules and from what I read they are processed in order. Yet, somehow, when I'm connected via RDP, I am able to map a drive from our file server onto the machine via SMB. Shouldn't rule 20 (see attached) stop this from happening?

Network traffic related to mapping the drive on your internal fileserver from that workstation is not traversing the UTM, right ?

Vilic's implication is that you will want to create a separate LAN for your HVAC controller. You then can strictly limit the traffic to/from it with the UTM.
