Social networking (https) not working in web protection

Hello,

I have restrict 'Social Networking' group from web protection to all users/VLANs and it successful running but if any user open facebook/twitter using "https" (Secure http) from any VLANs then facebook/twitter is open. How can I restrict? (One option is that add 'social networking' into Application control but then we cannot operate time based event in Application control)

If anyone know?

    I have suffer problem with Https certificate in mobile device.

    We can install  proxy ca cert in computer or laptop but how can we install  proxy ca cert in mobile device (Android/iPhone)?

    Anyone know about it ?
