I'm having some strange issues.
I'm trying to set up IAX2 traffic from site A to site B. IAX2 traffic uses port 4569 for both source and destination ports.
I have a dedicated ISP that I'm using for my phone traffic, that is connected directly to the UTM.
I have been using NAT rules + static routes to forward my phone traffic over this dedicated line with some success.
First the NAT rule converts my internal IP to the external IP, then the route takes it to the correct gateway..
The problem I'm having is the system is like "partly" using my NAT rule...

looking at the firewall at Site B, I see traffic hitting it, but its source port is 1025 not the normal 4569.....
If I disable the NAT rule, the traffic stops, but this traffic does not "match" my NAT rule or the Route rule, so I don't understand how it is even getting NATed.
My firewall logs at site A do not show any activity on those NATs even though they are set to log.
I'm very confused, should I be using a standard static Route, instead of the policy ones?
