QOS Inside Host

Under QoS, create a new traffic selector:

Name:
Selector Type: trafffic selector
Source: the host you want to restrict
Service: any
Destination: any

then create a new bandwidth pool on the WAN-interface

Name:			
Interface: WAN			
Position: 			
Bandwidth (kbit/s): anything below the max. you want to set			
[Set the checkbox] Specify upper bandwidth limit:
In the new appeared field, just add the max bandwidth for this host.

Then in the "Traffic selectors"-field, you need to add the earlier created traffic selectors.

Thank you for the valuable reply. Tried that but still it doesn't work.

Please be specific about the traffic you want to limit - inbound/outbound, responses to browsing requests, etc.?

I was successful to limit the bandwidth of inside host IP 192.168.0.58 

Defined these rules:

1. Interfaces and Routing --> QOS --> Status --> Enabled WAN Link 

2. New Traffic Selector : Name: Host_0.58 in --> Selector Type: Traffic selector --> Source: Any Service:Any,  Destination: 192.168.0.58

3. New Traffic Selector : Name:  Host_0.58 out --> Selector Type: Traffic selector --> Source: 192.168.0.58 Service:Any,  Destination: Any

4. Download throttling: Selected WAN link --> New Download throttling rule , Name: restrict_BW, Position: 1 --> Limit: 200 KBPS--> Limit: Shared --> Traffic selectors: Host_0.58 out & Host_0.58 In

Enabled rule it was affective
