Remote users with VoIP handsets

Configuring my first Sophos UTM (SG125).  I have a Samsung phone system configured to support VoIP phones for a couple users who work from home.

I've configured DNAT/Firewall rules but I'm not sure if I need to do anything else to make sure the external phones will register and work properly.  It was unclear if I should enable SIP Protocol Support in Network Protection/VoIP and define anything there.

Based on past experience with other firewalls, disabling the SIP ALG was almost always necessary in these type of scenarios.
