Downlaod usage limitation

Hi, I have 2 questions in internet shaping, 
first: I want to configure internet usage shaping for about 500 users with usernames.
is there a way to authenticate users without the need of users log in to user portal? "i mean the creation of user network after successfully log in to user portal."

second: I want to set a rule that each user have a limitation on downloading per day and month. for example user A can use internet for downloading with 10m limitation each day and 200m each month. is that possible?

    Given the number of new threads you've started the past few days, you seem to be great difficulty with setting up multiple areas of the UTM.  I would highly suggest engaging your reseller or Sophos Professional Services (different than Support) for some one on one time to get all of these problems resolved at once.  This will save you a great deal of time and frustration and will be to you and your company's advantage.

    Yes Scott_Klassen, I'm great difficulty with setting up multiple areas of the UTM. I'm new to the Sophos UTM and I am confused around the different operation of the UTM. there is no useful manuals and nothing seems to explain the features on UTM clearly enough.
    I'ts too soon for sophos utm to be used in operational mode, it's just good for testing. there is about 2 new upgrade version of the frame ware every month!! that's terrible!! I've never seen utm devices such dysfunctional..

    Sophos at its' best  ;P  Even just for testing, you really want to engage your reseller on these issues now.  THey need to help you get up to speed and resolve your questions and concerns.
