C2/Generic-A FP

Hi,

C2/Generic-A triggered when I was trying to talk to a VPS that we have rented off-net (and which we've been renting for the best part of a year at this point, but which I guess I only just tried to talk to from behind a sophos UTM).

How can I get the false positive removed from the database?

    Well... I've opened a support case on my new Sophos UTM with TotalProtect 24/7 support, etc, etc. However I can't get a reply or a call back. 

    My errors started at the same time, however one nuance that I don't see anyone else having is that my ATP is totally disabled now and I can't figure out how to enable it.

    Ughhhhh.... Any reply would be a good reply.
