Firewall Rules with username

Hi,
I was trying to set firewall rules according to the usernames. the UTM is using Sophos Authentication Agent to authenticate users, but still it's not working.
Is there anything else I can do?

    Please be specific about what is happening.  Not working tells us nothing.  Are they not getting the SAA login popup on logon?  As I recall, the username/IP combination will show in the Client Authentication log, anything in there?
