Multiple WANS - Error

So over the past few months we have moved off our SonicWalls to Sophos SG210's at all of our locations. Here at our main location we have 2 WANs split with 2 subnets.  We continue to get an email notification [WARN-033] and [WARN-032] about the internet connection going out and backup from time to time.  Also, on the dashboard of the Sophos we will see on WAN 1 Link will show "Error".  The logs aren't telling us much of anything other than its Internet is down and then up.  We have been able to reproduce the error by running a speed test and maxing out the connection and again it will throw an Error.  Any idea's?

Setup is as follows:

Uplink balancing
WAN 1
WAN 2

Multipath Rules
LAN1 TO WAN1
- check mark on "skip rule on interface error"

LAN2 TO WAN2 
- check mark on "skip rule on interface error"
