Traffic getting blocked

Hello,

We have device inside the branch location and its a Attendance machine device its IP is 10.11.5.10 and we have a server at head office its IP is 192.168.50.88.
We are trying to take logs from the attendance machine of branch location from head office. I even tried adding firewall rules to allow ports. Still nothing works. If I turn off SOPHOS UTM 320 at branch location and connect to Cisco router, Server from head office is able to access to attendance machine device. I don't know what is happening. 

Following are logs:

What could be the issue? Could you please help?

    Hello,

    1. Yes, both sides are able to ping and are connected using IPSec site to site vpn. At branch location we have just finger printing device. We download data from head office server application. If we conenct Cisco router at branch location everything works fine. But if we connect SOPHOS UTM traffic is getting block

    2. Firewall rule Internal Network -ANY-ANY Allow

    We even added port number and checked in firewall rules. Yet no luck [:(]
