Firewall Rule With User Accounts

Hi everyone,
I want to know is there any way to set a firewall rule with user accounts?
for example user A would not be able to use RDP connection to server B..

Yes, if you authenticate users using Sophos Authentication Agent. Then you can use User (Network) object (dynamic IP of user machine) in firewall rules.
