I have 2 singboxes on my network. They don't allow me to select ports. They are meant to be configured via upnp. They are setting themselves both as 5201.
I searched for several hours with no results. A single newer slingbox sets itself as 5201 by default. However I cannot find anything on multiple slingboxes without upnp. They end up both setting themselves as 5201. I know Sophos doesn't support upnp and I keep reading that upnp is for newbies etc.. How can I get around this?
One clue that I read somewhere is that if a slingbox cannot communicate on 5201 then it will try 5202 and up. I tried to block incoming and outgoing 5201 to the second slingbox but it stays at 5201.
I would normally just hook up a Linksys router to handle this but I am spoiled by Sophos logging and network usage graphs. To make things more complicated, I have both on separate vlans so I can have a separate network usage chart for each.
